Hi. Hello. Welcome. Once you somehow got to this page, you now get to know a little bit about me. Sorry.

Long story short – here I am – born Polish with American spirit and over-excited like a Japanese schoolgirl. I consider myself a flavor seeker, a food traveler and a romantic cook. I’m on my own mission.

I am:

• idealistic, annoying and always right.
• not a big fan of meat. Ice-cream addict instead.
• more feeder than eater.

I definitely am not:

• a perfectionist (though my OCD is doing just fine)
• a hipster (soy latte? really?)
• following trends (yeah, old-school for life, sissies!)

I like things intense, pure and spicy. Also melting, crispy and heart-warming. Yes, this is what life should taste like. Oh, and I like to make things by myself. I like to be a part of what’s to come. I’m a girl with a plan, you know.

I believe in budget cooking, culinary recycling and good organization. Also in magic and cats but that’s a whole different story.

By cooking I pay tribute to life. And love. ‘Cause after all it’s all about love. Nothing less. Nothing more.
